How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with everything switched on. You add a card or UPI Autopay when you sign up, through Razorpay; it takes a small authorisation that is refunded straight away. Your plan is charged automatically when the trial ends, and you get a reminder before every charge.
What happens to my data after the trial?
It stays as it is. If you don't pay, the account becomes read-only until you do; nothing is deleted. You can also export everything as spreadsheets from Settings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Tell us when you need more institutes, students or team logins and we'll move you to the right plan; the new price applies from your next bill.
How do I pay?
Automatically each month or year through the card or UPI Autopay you added, with an invoice by email for every payment. If a payment fails, you can pay the invoice online or by bank transfer from Settings → Billing.
Do you help us set up?
Yes. Import your existing enquiries and students from Excel, and book a call with us if you'd like a walkthrough with your team.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, and tell us whenever you want to stop; we cancel the automatic payments.
